Overcoming feeling overwhelmed


The first step in balancing our emotions is acknowledging them and having the capacity to feel our emotions.


Many of my clients are in a state of constant overwhelm so it is hard for them to feel their body or to feel their emotions.


Clearing the sense of overwhelm and regulating the nervous system is the first step to be able to access our emotions.


Using energy acupuncture, we regulate the nervous system so a person can actually feel and discern emotions instead of feeling constant overwhelm.


Reconnecting


Our childhood shapes the roots of who we become — our feelings, our beliefs, our way of being.


When we reconnect with our younger self, we touch the essence of our being, we can encounter the initial adaptive pattern to outside world and heal what is needed from the root.


Healing


Much of our emotional world lives beneath the surface. When feelings are too strong or unsafe to express, our nervous system gently hides them from our awareness to help us cope.


Yet holding onto these emotions requires energy — and over time, it can show up as tension, fatigue, or reactivity to life’s triggers.


When we begin to safely access and release this stored emotional information, we free our system to return to a state of calm, clarity, and emotional regulation.
