15 minutes — Introduction & Energy Work Foundations
An introduction to energy work and intuitive healing, including an overview of Energy Acupuncture.
A live application of Energy Acupuncture will be demonstrated with a volunteer from the audience.
5 minutes — Q&A
10 minutes — Energy Acupuncture Live Demonstration
A focused live demo illustrating how Energy Acupuncture is used in practice.

15 minutes — Introduction to NLP & Guided Imagery
An overview of NLP and Guided Imagery, including specific processes used for trauma healing and strengthening inner resources.

15 minutes — Guided Imagery Experience: “The Tree”
A guided experiential journey designed to support grounding, regulation, and inner connection.
