When the nervous system is under constant stress, it can become stuck in patterns of protection.
Over time, this may feel like exhaustion, restlessness, or a deep sense of emotional overwhelm.
Using the wisdom of Chinese medicine, I work with a gentle method called energy acupuncture — a form of energy healing that restores balance, eases tension, and helps the body remember how to relax.
After a session, many people describe feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to themselves. As the nervous system settles, it becomes easier to distinguish between individual emotions and the fog of overall stress.
For deeper transformation, I integrate NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and guided imagery.
